Austin LiPuma
Partner
Austin’s career has centered around representing injured people. Austin is a proud double graduate of University of Cincinnati. During that time, he was heavily involved in Cincinnati’s Mock Trial Association and served as Executive Director of U.C. (Klekamp) Law’s Moot Court Program. For the last 15 years, Austin has acted as head coach for University of Cincinnati’s nationally ranked Mock Trial Association and routinely guest lectures on trial procedure. His first-chair trial experience equips him with the skillset to handle all aspects of personal injury litigation including depositions, mediations, hearings, and jury trials.

Taylor Dreigon

Taylor’s legal career has always involved representing injured people and their loved ones. While earning her law degree, Taylor spent two years as a law clerk at a local personal injury firm, where she learned how personal injury matters are handled from start to finish. Since then, Taylor has represented injured people and their loved ones, offering a personal, creative, and knowledgeable approach to complex legal issues. Taylor’s practice includes personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from medical negligence, motor vehicle collisions, and defective premises.

J. Scott Mullins

Scott was born and raised in Cincinnati, graduating from Elder High School in 1978. He has focused his practice exclusively on representing injury victims on a contingent fee basis for more than thirty-eight years. He has handled complex catastrophic injury and death cases, including trench collapse, pool drowning, falls from heights, termiticide poisoning, death from dental malpractice, as well as numerous medical and nursing home malpractice cases resulting in death or catastrophic injury.
